I changed the default blog theme (and disabled the ability to change the blog theme). I did this for two reasons

The previous theme didn't render properly in Firefox, and the layout got messed up if you had wide content
I didn't want to modify every theme to put the Google Analytics stuff in there.

Please me a comment if you have any suggestions!
